and storage of personal data

“Royal Concierge LLC” (hereinafter referred as the Operator), on the basis of the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 06.06.2014 No. 995-IVQD, 04.03.2018 No. 1066-VQD “On personal data” and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 dated 05/25/2018 for the following purposes:

• Implementation of customer support
• Receiving by the user information on marketing events
• Hiring employees and attracting partners
• Conducting an audit and other internal research in order to improve the quality of services provided.

Personal data means any personal information that allows you to establish the identity of the User / Buyer such as:

• Full Name
• Contact number
• E-mail address
• Social network profiles links

The website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metric, Google Analytics and others).

Personal data of users is stored exclusively on electronic media and processed by the Operator using automated systems, unless the automated processing of personal data is necessary in connection with the fulfillment of legal requirements.

The operator undertakes not to transfer received personal data to third parties, with the exception of the following cases:

• At the request of authorized bodies of state power of the Azerbaijan Republic only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic.
• Strategic partners who work with the Operator to provide products and services, or those who help the Operator sell products and services to consumers. The Operator provides third parties with the minimum amount of personal data necessary only to provide the required service or conduct necessary transaction.

The operator undertakes to delete personal data at the request of the User within 24 (twenty-four) hours. The user can send a request to delete personal data using the feedback form located at https://royalconcierge.az/en/contact/

The operator reserves the right to unilaterally amend this agreement, provided that the changes do not contradict the current legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the European Union. Changes to the terms of these rules come into force after their publication on the Site.
